GN1052
Overview
Gennum's GN1052CW is a fully integrated silicon germanium BiCMOS transimpedance amplifier, providing wideband, low noise pre-amplification of signal current from a PIN photodiode or APD.
It features differential outputs. A decoupling capacitor on the supply is the only external component required.

- Single +3.3 V power supply
- Power dissipation =180 mW (typ)
- Input noise current = 1µA rms
