Overview
The GN2016 is a transmit path signal conditioner with integrated VCSEL driver designed to offer power and cost savings relative to external laser driver solutions.
The GN2016 provides integrated modulation and eye shaping capability.The GN2016 is pin for pin compatible with the GN1114 8G Fiber Channel CDR with VCSEL driver and the GN2014A 10Gb/s Ethernet CDR with VCSEL driver.
The GN2016 device is packaged in a small outline 4mm × 4mm 24-pin, high-frequency QFN, lead-free and green package with exposed pad.
