Gennum's GN1052CW is a fully integrated silicon germanium BiCMOS transimpedance amplifier, providing wideband, low noise preamplication of signal current from a PIN photodiode or APD. It features differential outputs. A decoupling capacitor on the supply is the only external component required.

• Can be used with APD (0.4pF) at 10Gb/s
