Gordon E. Currie
Senior Vice-President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer
Gord Currie joined Gennum Corporation in September 2005 as Senior Vice-President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Currie joined Gennum from Wescast Industries Inc. where he was Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that he was Vice-President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of EMCO Ltd. Mr. Currie has extensive experience in the financial management of large multi-national organizations, and also has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions and with the growing regulatory requirements applicable to public companies.

Mr. Currie is a member of the Board of Directors of Gennum's Japanese and European subsidiaries. He holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified General Accountant.
