Lynn McNeil
Director, Quality
Lynn graduated from Engineering Physics at McMaster University and joined Gennum Corporation, in 1985. She has held various positions in Process Engineering, Technology Development and Operations. She is currently Director of QUALITY and Information Technology and is Project Director for the implementation of SAP. Lynn is also chair of the Quality Steering Committee, responsible for benchmarking and deploying enterprise best practices. Prior to this, Lynn was Director of Test Operations and Strategic Sourcing. Lynn is a patent holder in advanced 3D packaging technology and has co-authored several papers on BST thin film technology and Advanced Packaging. She is a member of ASQ and IEEE.
