Bruce W. Hannah
Senior Vice-President, Human Resources
Bruce Hannah joined Gennum on May 8, 2007 as Senior Vice-President of Human Resources. He is responsible for directing human resource activities to facilitate the evolution of Gennum's culture, to strengthen global teamwork and to develop leadership talent throughout the organization.

Mr. Hannah joins Gennum with over 25 years' experience in human resources, finance and operations. Most recently, as a principal with the Osborne Group he worked with companies on restructuring worldwide operations and providing strategic human resource programs. Prior to that, Mr. Hannah held senior human resource positions at MTS Allstream, Quebecor World Inc., Geac Computers and EDS Canada. He was also responsible for the creation of the first Shared Services Organization for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He has significant experience in working cross-functionally across global organizations and in establishing strong human resource teams.

Mr. Hannah received his master's degree in business science, project management, and his MBA in strategic planning from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is fluent in French and Spanish, and has extensive international experience having worked in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Latin America and Australia.
