Tom Cryer was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation in September 2008.

Mr. Cryer was formerly the CEO of Deloitte & Touche LLP Canada. He also served as Regional Managing Partner of Latin America and the Caribbean and as Global Managing Partner of Audit and Accounting. Mr. Cryer's experience includes executive-level leadership roles in management and governance with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Mr. Cryer is currently a Board member of St. Michael's Hospital Foundation and serves as Treasurer. He is also on the Board of Directors of Canada Post and of Grey Horse Capital, and is the Chairman of their respective Audit Committees. Mr. Cryer additionally has served and serves on the boards of a number of private and public companies and charitable organizations.

Mr. Cryer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in BC and his Fellowship with the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
