Greg joined Gennum in February 2010, as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Miller brings a unique background of financial expertise to his role at Gennum, with more than 30 years experience in various high technology organizations.   Mr. Miller‘s experience managing the financial organizations of publicly traded semiconductor companies provides a strong base of knowledge and experience for his role at Gennum.

Mr. Miller has a successful track record with WJ Communications, California Micro Devices, LSI Logic, National Semiconductor and Texas Instruments.  Mr. Miller has an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, Durham, NC, an MSE and BSE, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
