Alan Tsun joined Gennum Snowbush in 2010 as the Director of Integrated Solutions, bringing an extensive background in semiconductor/IP/SoC products and technology. As General Manager, Alan now leads Gennum Snowbush in the development of industry-leading high-speed IP for PCI-Express, SATA/SAS and Ethernet in some of the most advanced process nodes including 28nm.  Prior to joining Snowbush IP, he worked in the semiconductor industry for nearly 20 years, most recently as Vice President, Advanced Solutions Development & Canadian Operations at QuickLogic, a manufacturer of Customer Specific Standard Products (CSSP) for the mobile market.  Prior to that, he held a variety of engineering and management positions at V3 Semiconductor, a provider of embedded solutions, prior to its acquisition by QuickLogic.

Alan received a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information System Engineering from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and completed the Ivey Executive Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business in the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
