Steven Bilodeau
Steve Bilodeau was elected to the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation in March 2008. He currently serves as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Under Mr. Bilodeau's leadership as CEO at SMSC, a publicly-traded, fabless semiconductor supplier, the company has diversified its end markets and significantly expanded its sales and earnings to become a leader in networking and connectivity solutions to a variety of markets including consumer, automotive and industrial.

Mr. Bilodeau currently sits on the board of directors for SMSC, where he serves as Chairman of the Board, and for Conexant where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Board Governance & Composition Committee. Mr. Bilodeau holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's degree in business from Harvard University.
