Donald P. Woodley
Donald Woodley was elected to the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation on April 6, 2005, and currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee. He served as interim President and CEO of Gennum from November 23, 2005 to September 12, 2006.

Mr. Woodley is the President of The Fifth Line Enterprise, a privately-held company providing strategic advisory services to Canadian industry. He was President of Oracle Corporation Canada Inc. from 1997 to 1999, and President of Compaq Canada Inc. from 1987 to 1997. Prior to this, he held executive positions in other technology companies.

Mr. Woodley serves on the Boards of Directors of TELUS Corporation Inc., and DataMirror Corporation. He also serves as Treasurer of the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation, and is past chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) and past chair of The Stratford Festival of Canada.

Mr. Woodley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
