Roger M. Dickhout
Roger Dickhout was appointed to the Board of Directors of Gennum Corporation in December 2003. He currently serves as Chair of the Human Resource Committee.

Mr. Dickhout is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pineridge Foods Inc. – a portfolio of private label and specialty branded food companies. Pineridge currently holds Western Creamery, Liberty Brand Products Inc., Oakrun Farm Bakery and Gourmet Bakery. From 1999 through 2002, as President & CEO, he led a turnaround of Canada Bread Company Ltd. Prior to that Mr. Dickhout was a partner with McKinsey & Company, Inc., a leading strategic management consulting firm. There, he spent 15 years helping clients in Canada and around the world embark on new directions, lead organizational change, and improve operations.

Mr. Dickhout, a registered Professional Engineer, has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (gold medallist).
